Help for public services personnel and their families: - 

I provide an avenue for public service personnel to get help should they feel mentally overwhelmed. I also want to help the people in close relationships with those who provide such important but challenging work. 

I will help you navigate through the personal challenges that might be holding you back and the negative impacts of cumulative stress. 

Experience a calm, safe space with me at Adult Counselling Therapy Ltd. I provide in-person and online service that is discreet and confidential (see confidentiality and privacy page for more details). 

The aim of my service is to inspire empowerment, inner peace, promote self-determined growth and ease symptoms of mental health challenges. You will be better placed to maintain relationships at home and at work, through improved self-awareness, improved mood and improved communication. 

I will help you do this by providing counselling therapy using Transactional Analysis theory as a base theory.
